The Shutter of Shifted Vows

Hereby I declare that I commit failure in standing my ground,
For I have fallen so deep,
to a heart whose owner changest not.

Hereby I declare that I surrender all my freedom,
For I am no more worthy to be freed,
but in love prisoned in chains I truly am.

Hereby I declare that I end my restful slumber,
for I have only been dreaming and eating pies in the sky,
but now another bright awakening shall peaceful be.

Hereby I declare that I abandon all my dreams,
For my greatest dream has amazingly come true,
and the demand of the finest dream does burden me not.

Hereby I declare that I have myself prepared to death,
For I have found life in one's soul,
and desire shall become no more since then.

May these vows be disputed not until death greets me to another slumber.
