Missing

Where is it?
"There's nothing: not a bit."
Where are they?
"Away."

It is the same drops of water.
But how to past does present differ?
The words want not to go further,
though now tangible is the petrichor.

Nothing new comes from the same old.
Or perhaps, the old is simply different.
honestly, truth be told..
present are the raindrops, yet the Muse is absent.

The drops of water are nothing,
Motionless thoughts are staying.
Insight is perpetually hiding,
for her presence is beyond understanding.

Tell me again, why cannot he write?
"It is that the Muse is missing."
but how could then this is written?
"It is that the Muse... is missed."

10:14
In the middle of raindrops.
"Am I missed, too?"
